Our beef is raised with no growth hormones and your product will be antibiotic free. Given all the love and care a small family operation provides we raise the cows up on spacious ground, with attention to their healthy and over all quality of life. They are grass fed until they are ready for the feedlot at which time we grain finish them to create a mouth-watering cut. Once brought to our USDA Processor the meat will be aged naturally where volume loss will occur instead of in your pan.
